Serviço de Intervenção Social e Educativa (SISE)

O Serviço de Intervenção Social e Educativa (SISE) do Agrupamento de Escolas Abade de Baçal é uma estrutura técnico-pedagógica de apoio à comunidade educativa, que visa promover o bem-estar, a inclusão social e o sucesso educativo dos alunos.

O SISE desenvolve a sua intervenção numa perspetiva preventiva, educativa e sociofamiliar, atuando junto dos alunos, das famílias e da comunidade educativa, em articulação com os diferentes serviços e estruturas do Agrupamento e com entidades externas da comunidade.

Objetivos

  • Prevenir situações de risco social, familiar, emocional e escolar;
  • Promover o desenvolvimento pessoal e social dos alunos;
  • Reforçar a articulação escola–família–comunidade;
  • Contribuir para a inclusão social, a cidadania ativa e o sucesso educativo.

Sinalização / Pedido de Intervenção

A sinalização de situações para o SISE pode ser efetuada por docentes, não docentes, técnicos, famílias ou entidades externas, através de formulário próprio. (Abrir)

Após a sinalização, é realizada uma avaliação social e socioeducativa, sendo definido um plano de intervenção ajustado às necessidades identificadas, sempre salvaguardando o dever de confidencialidade e a proteção dos dados pessoais.

Social and Educational Intervention Service (SISE)

The Social and Educational Intervention Service (SISE) of the Agrupamento de Escolas Abade de Baçal is a technical and pedagogical support structure for the educational community, aimed at promoting the students’ well-being, social inclusion, and educational success.

The SISE carries out its work from a preventive, educational, and socio-familial perspective, acting with students, families, and the school community, in close coordination with the various services and structures from the school, as well as with external community partners.

Goals

  • To prevent situations of social, family, emotional, and educational risk;
  • To promote the students’ personal and social development;
  • To strengthen the school–family–community cooperation;
  • To contribute to social inclusion, active citizenship, and educational success.

Referral / Request for Intervention

Situations may be referred to the SISE by the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, technical professionals, families, or external entities, using a specific referral form. (Open)

Following the referral, a social and socio-educational assessment is carried out, and an intervention plan is defined according to the identified needs, always ensuring confidentiality and compliance with personal data protection regulations.
