(<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1ZGuWs8SDaYM5zEdYj58D_WVqqfKrcVCX\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abrir<\/a>)<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 realizada uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o social e socioeducativa, sendo definido um plano de interven\u00e7\u00e3o ajustado \u00e0s necessidades identificadas, sempre salvaguardando o dever de confidencialidade e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados pessoais.<\/p><p><strong>Regulamento<\/strong><\/p><p>O funcionamento, as compet\u00eancias e as modalidades de interven\u00e7\u00e3o do Servi\u00e7o de Interven\u00e7\u00e3o Social e Educativa encontram-se definidos no Regulamento Interno do Agrupamento e no Regimento do Servi\u00e7o de Interven\u00e7\u00e3o Social e Educativa, dispon\u00edveis para consulta no site do Agrupamento no separador: Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \/ Documentos Orientadores.<\/p><p><strong>Contactos<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Telefone: +351 273322163<\/li><li>Email: <a href=\"mailto:monica.ferreira@aeabadebacal.pt\">monica.ferreira@aeabadebacal.pt<\/a><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><p><strong>Social and Educational Intervention Service (SISE)<\/strong><\/p><p>The Social and Educational Intervention Service (SISE) of the Agrupamento de Escolas Abade de Ba\u00e7al is a technical and pedagogical support structure for the educational community, aimed at promoting the students\u2019 well-being, social inclusion, and educational success.<\/p><p>The SISE carries out its work from a preventive, educational, and socio-familial perspective, acting with students, families, and the school community, in close coordination with the various services and structures from the school, as well as with external community partners.<\/p><p><strong>Goals<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To prevent situations of social, family, emotional, and educational risk;<\/li><li>To promote the students\u2019 personal and social development;<\/li><li>To strengthen the school\u2013family\u2013community cooperation;<\/li><li>To contribute to social inclusion, active citizenship, and educational success.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Referral \/ Request for Intervention<\/strong><\/p><p>Situations may be referred to the SISE by the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, technical professionals, families, or external entities, using a specific referral form.
