class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conselho Geral \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de dire\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica respons\u00e1vel pela defini\u00e7\u00e3o das linhas orientadoras da atividade da escola, assegurando a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e representa\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade educativa, nos termos e para os efeitos do n.\u00ba 4 do artigo 45.\u00ba da Lei de Bases do Sistema Educativo, cuja ep\u00edgrafe \u00e9 \u201cAdministra\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o dos estabelecimentos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e ensino\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A articula\u00e7\u00e3o com o Munic\u00edpio faz-se atrav\u00e9s da C\u00e2mara Municipal no respeito pelas compet\u00eancias do Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, estabelecidas pelo Decreto-Lei 21\/2019, de 30 de janeiro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O Conselho Geral \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por vinte e um elementos, de que resulta a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p><ul><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">sete representantes do pessoal docente;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dois representantes do pessoal n\u00e3o docente;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dois representantes dos alunos;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">quatro representantes dos pais e encarregados de educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tr\u00eas representantes do munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tr\u00eas representantes da comunidade local.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O Diretor participa nas reuni\u00f5es do Conselho Geral sem direito a voto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>As compet\u00eancias do Conselho Geral:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sem preju\u00edzo das compet\u00eancias que lhe sejam cometidas por lei, ao Conselho Geral compete:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">eleger o respetivo Presidente, de entre os seus membros, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes dos alunos;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">eleger o Diretor, nos termos da Lei;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">eleger o Secret\u00e1rio nos termos da lei e do seu regimento;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aprovar o Projeto Educativo, acompanhar e avaliar a sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aprovar o Regulamento Interno do Agrupamento de Escolas;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aprovar o Plano Anual e Plurianual de Atividades verificando a sua conformidade com o Projeto Educativo;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">apreciar os relat\u00f3rios peri\u00f3dicos e aprovar o relat\u00f3rio final de execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Anual de Atividades;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aprovar as propostas de contratos de autonomia;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">definir as linhas orientadoras para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">definir as linhas orientadoras do planeamento e execu\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo Diretor, das atividades no dom\u00ednio da a\u00e7\u00e3o social escolar;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aprovar o relat\u00f3rio de contas de ger\u00eancia;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">apreciar os resultados do processo de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">pronunciar-se sobre os crit\u00e9rios de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de turmas e dos seus hor\u00e1rios;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">acompanhar a a\u00e7\u00e3o dos demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os de administra\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">promover e incentivar o relacionamento com a comunidade educativa;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">definir os crit\u00e9rios para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da escola em atividades pedag\u00f3gicas, cient\u00edficas, culturais e desportivas;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dirigir recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es aos restantes \u00f3rg\u00e3os, tendo em vista o desenvolvimento do projeto educativo e o cumprimento do plano anual de atividades;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">participar, nos termos definidos em diploma pr\u00f3prio, no processo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho do diretor;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">decidir os recursos que lhe s\u00e3o dirigidos;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aprovar o mapa de f\u00e9rias do diretor;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">elaborar e aprovar o Regulamento Concursal, para o cargo de Diretor;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">elaborar, reformular e aprovar o seu
